Specification

The mold adopts a multi-cavity design, which can be designed into 4 cavities, 6 cavities or even 8 cavities. It can produce multiple trigger sprayer bodies in a single injection cycle, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs.
The internal structure of the mold is finely designed to accurately replicate the complex shape of the trigger sprayer body, including the handle, trigger mechanism, nozzle connection area and more details.
The design of the draft angle in the mold can ensure smooth demolding and no deformation of the molded parts after optimization, improving the quality of the product
The mold is equipped with an integrated cooling channel to evenly cool the molten plastic during the injection molding process, which not only ensures stable product quality, but also shortens the cycle time and allows the plastic to solidify faster and more evenly.
